From time to time I join contests on 99designs.com in which stationery set needs to be designed. Recently I managed to complete a project for Calmac Group, which is managing the Alternative Investment Fund known as Traditional Brand Funds. This fund invests in real estate. They have offices in Newport Beach, California and on Wall Street in New York.

My job was to create a high quality full set of stationery, including letterhead, envelopes, business cards, business folder and shipping labels. As representatives of Calmac Group meet with institutions such as banks, universities, pension plans and are asking for capital investment into their fund, so whole stationery set had to be serious and yet clearly look like it has been designed to be the best. On the other hand it could not to be boring. So it was most important to find a balance and design it in a such way to attract an attention. Here’s another logo I sold via 99designs.com. It was designed for Navin’s Custom Tailors, a firm which makes bespoke custom suits and shirts for a high-end distinguished customers.
Peter Navin is known as Northern California’s finest custom tailor. Client wanted to separate themselves with branding and a color palette that is simple, distinguished, strong, and most importantly different. This logo was chosen out more than 100 different logos made by 27 other designers.Continue Reading

One of the recently completed assignments was to create a logo for a local educational center FLOTA, which will be opened soon in my home town in Poland. The offer of this center will be mainly addressed to men, who want to improve their professional skills. Out of many variants I prepared, an owner decided to pick a concept in which I used a shape of letter F and to create out of it a bit more abstract, geometrical mark.Continue Reading
