This is one of older projects realized this year, for an interior designer, who was hired to prepare an overall concept for a new restaurant & pub in one of the cities in Poland. Owners wanted to give that place a look & feel of a jazz club from New York’s Manhattan. Main requirement for my part in that project was to create a logo, in which graphical elements are linked with restaurant’s name, and to give it a bit of retro & vintage look. After completing logo, later on I prepared also a full stationery set, some small advertisement materials and internal & external signboards.Continue Reading

Last week I had a great opportunity and privilege to collaborate with Geoffrey Good, internationally recognized New York-based jewelry designer and also a professor at Fashion Institute of Technology, which is a State University of New York college of art, business, design, and technology connected to the fashion industry. I’m extremely proud of the final logo, which was designed in a very close cooperation with customer, whom I met thanks to his project posted at 99designs.com. I was able to create this logo thanks to very frequent & constructive feedbacks, guiding me in the right direction. I would love to work on more projects like this, with customers willing to invest their time and to share their opinions, what helps to create a logo of which I’m extremely happy at the end and customer is also pleased with final outcome.

As his private brand for jewelry is expanding, Geoffrey Good wanted to clarify and reinforce its identity. Main requirement stated in the project brief was to design a logo that uses both a word mark (full name) and has a coordinating letter form of initials (GG) that can be used as a maker’s mark on our pieces at a very small scale. All had to be elegant and minimal – unusually fine in every sense. With this design, I managed to beat 138 entries by 26 other designers. But most important for me was to have a chance to design a unique & minimal logo for a true artist and professional. I highly recommend you to visit Geoffrey Good’s website, where you can admire his jewelry (http://www.geoffreygood.com/)Continue Reading

Here’s a logo which I’m very proud of. It gave me a lot of fun during the work on that project. I had a pleasure to cooperate with very open and friendly business owners of Pieluszkarnia, who supported me by providing a constructive feedback, which was extremely helpful to complete this assignment with a success. This logo was created for an online store selling baby products, mainly natural eco-friendly diapers. During the design process I made a multiple variants, based on various ideas. At the end customers decided to use a concept of a leafy tree combined with a little baby in a colourful diaper. Two versions of logo were created: a round version with text circling the graphical element and an oval version with graphical element incorporated into the name of the online store. Both logos look like a patch, as there’s a sewing thread added as a border. I hope this logo will be soon used at the website of Pieluszkarnia.Continue Reading
