Tingo is a new exclusively online jewellery store based in beautiful Cape Town in South Africa. The only advice from the client was to design a logo which conveys that Tingo’s jewellery is of a high quality. Instead of some basic ring shapes, which in my opinion are not memorable at all and overused for jewellery stores, I decided to create a completely unique shape of a butterfly out of a ribbon, and the client liked that idea.Continue Reading

As I mentioned many times on my blog, I try to actively participate in logo contests available at 99designs.com, where people are seeking professional designers to create a logo for their businesses. Usually I share on my blog information about contests which I won, but of course I’m joining a lot more contests than I’m winning. Despite of loosing, very often I really like what I created, that’s why I decided to share more often with you also some concepts, which were not chosen, but I simply like them.

Today I’d like to present few concepts of logo with a butterfly in it. I made it for laser & aesthetics studio, which offer hair removal & skin rejuvenation, and targets mainly females needing beauty treatments. Mariposa means butterfly in Spanish, that’s why I created such concepts.Continue Reading
