Logo, RealtyPoplar Grove

Customer: Poplar Grove Business: Realty Country: USA Project status: sold Description: Logo awarded in the contest held by a US construction company from California, which builds town-houses and new communities. The Poplar Grove development is located in one of the city's newest subdivisions near park space and a grove of poplar trees. The community will be marketed as family friendly with ample green space, trees and beautiful walking and biking trails. I used that information as inspiration to create a logo, which at the end was awarded. I focused on the very specific shape of poplar trees, and sketched a group of such trees, keeping all in warm, earthly colours. In the contest I was competing with over 30 other designers, so it was a great feeling to win it.
