Jack&Olive is a luxury urban yoga retreat company and wellness concierge service. They create yoga-focused personalized wellness retreat packages that are specifically tailored to suit individuals, groups or companies. They work with experts in the fields of yoga, nutrition and meditation who can guide you in the direction of overall wellness and relaxation. I created this logo following an idea of the contest holder, who was looking for a concept, which utilizes 3 elements: peace, olives and the ohm symbol. Latest contest I won at 99designs.com was held by Sacred Spiral, a private yoga studio from USA. This time brief gave a full freedom to designers, so I prepared a couple of different concepts, with main focus on using an abstract, highly simplified shape of a person in a yoga pose, which can also be recognized as a lotus flower. All is enclosed in a spiral shape, which looks also like ripples on a surface of water. I also designed business cards. Designing process went really smooth, as business owner was highly active and supportive, so it was a pleasure to work on that project. I was competing with 33 other designers from all over the world, who submitted over 140 concepts, so as usually, it was an awesome feeling to be awarded.Continue Reading

This week I finally came back home after a really long holiday break. I haven’t got time for freelancing recently, but still, during my break, I sold a couple of logos and completed few urgent projects. I’ll present them during next few weeks. Tonight I’m adding to my portfolio a logo created in December for Holistic Coaching.
